I need to do a financial plan for my family inlcuding retirement savings, accounting for various estimates of inflation. My accountant says Quicken financial planner v2 was good, but it can’t be found anymore. He also says that the financial planning capabilities of Quicken aren’t adequate.

I have been using MS Money on and off for the past two years. I’ve found it difficult and doesn’t help as much to track debt and debt payments. It looks like it would work well for tracking investments.

Specifically, I would like to manage as much of my business as I can with one product.

I’m an antiques dealer, pretty much just starting out. My inventory is one of this and one of that. It is unlikely I’ll ever see the same piece more than once. My financial needs are simple, just track money in and out. I do not invoice at this time, although I may in the future. I am a sole proprietor and work a regular full time job, so don’t need payroll functions. I’d love to incorporate a picture of the item with its sales history.
